Robert A. Friedman is currently a managing partner in the
consumer law division of the Fair Credit Law Group. Mr. Friedman
has been practicing law in Florida since 1995 primarily in the areas of
Personal Injury, Workers' Compensation and Consumer Protection litigation.
Background
He has spent the past decade both successfully defending and
litigating against large insurance companies. Mr. Friedman's focus
is now on the individual consumer, protecting consumer rights by
litigating under the Fair Credit Reporting Act and the Fair Debt Collection
Practices Act. After graduating from the University of Florida in 1991, he
went on to attend the St.Thomas University School of Law where he made the
Dean's List and served on the Honor Council before receiving his Juris
Doctor degree in 1995. Mr. Friedman now makes his home in South Florida
with his wife and three children.
