Joel A. Brown is the managing partner inside the Consumer Law Division of the Fair Credit Law Group. Joel currently leads the litigation team in fair debt collection lawsuits against major corporations, banks and credit reporting agencies for their violations against fair debt collection, specifically the Fair Credit Reporting Act and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.

Joel is experienced in consumer litigation and also workers’ compensation litigation, where he previously represented the big insurance companies. He now, however, focuses ONLY on representing the individuals.

Robert A. Friedman: Robert A. Friedman is currently a partner inside the Consumer Law Division of the Fair Credit Law Group. Mr. Friedman has practiced law in Florida since 1995, primarily in the areas of personal injury, workers’ compensation and consumer protection litigation.
