Foreclosure lawyers and attorneys cut firm because of problems

The Miami Herald today reported on one of the largest foreclosure law firms (mills) that laid off 236 employees. This does not surprise anyone working in the consumer field. The lawyers and attorneys for many banks were filing foreclosure papers often with no review of the case. I have one case now where my client was totally current and the Bank filed a forelcosure action against her. We are in litigation against the lawyer who filed this and the bank.
